Omega Complex Novel (Completed) - Chapter 15
“Lee Yoonwoo.”
Choi Taegyeom whispered my name. When I turned my head, he frowned as if something displeased him. And then he whispered again.
“Aren’t you going to get up?”
“…”
Would you get up if you were me?
Actually, I also had that thought. A bad thought, like, What if I get caught and make Kim Dohyun drink this? Of course, I couldn’t act on it, and Choi Taegyeom was faster. Choi Taegyeom sighed and stood up.
Right, it’s better if I drink it than you. Just as I was about to reach for the bomb shot with that thought.
“…Hey!”
Without hesitation, he took the glass and began to gulp down the alcohol. I was so surprised that I jumped up, but he had already drunk half of the bomb shot. Like drinking water, the unknown alcohol disappeared down his throat.
“Ohhh! Choi Taegyeom! Choi Taegyeom!”
Park Sungjae, watching him, encouraged cheers in an excited voice. The half-drunk club members also cheered without exception. It seemed that no matter who drank it, the act of ‘drinking the bomb shot’ itself was important. These ape-like guys, and I call this a club…
“…Ah, it’s disgustingly bitter.”
Then, Choi Taegyeom put down the glass and slumped into his seat. He covered his mouth and frowned, as if his stomach was upset. I couldn’t grab him or sit down, just awkwardly looked down at the top of Choi Taegyeom’s head. Did he just chug that huge glass?
“What are you doing? Aren’t you sitting down?”
Choi Taegyeom pulled me down. Contrary to my worries, his complexion wasn’t bad. The moment our eyes met, his frowned expression also softened.
“Are you okay?”
I asked in a hurried voice and examined his face from various angles. From here, from there, his handsome face wasn’t much different from a moment ago.
“I’m fine…”
Choi Taegyeom was about to answer but stopped and looked around. The guys who had been playing drinking games without a break seemed to have decided to take a short break, peacefully drinking and chatting. Among them, Choi Taegyeom looked directly at Kim Dohyun.
“No, I’m not okay.”
Saying that, he leaned his head on my shoulder. Instead of asking what he meant, I offered my shoulder more comfortably, and he even buried his face closer to my neck. He opened his eyes narrowly and mumbled softly.
“I think I’m getting tipsy.”
“Of course you are.”
A normal person would get drunk just from drinking the bomb shot in a beer glass. But hadn’t Choi Taegyeom already drunk a lot before that? I didn’t know his tolerance, but if he wasn’t a whale, he would definitely get tipsy.
“Want to go to the restroom? Are you okay not going?”
Choi Taegyeom exhaled with his face buried in my neck. His breath, due to the alcohol, was incredibly hot against my bare skin. He pulled his lips into a languid smile and answered in a voice mixed with laughter.
“Why, are you going to help me pee?”
“No, you crazy bastard…”
There’s nothing he can’t say. I scolded him, but he didn’t care. Choi Taegyeom simply placed his hand on my thigh and leaned more comfortably against me. As I placed my hand on his flushed cheek, pheromones rushed towards me.
“Are you really okay?”
“Mmm…”
With a low groan, he rubbed his face against my hand. It was a tantalizing sensation, like a cat being affectionate. A tickling sensation rose from my lower abdomen at the soft feeling, but I tried to ignore it. What kind of thoughts could I possibly have about a drunk person?
“Your hand is cool.”
Choi Taegyeom spoke slowly. His pronunciation seemed fine, but his drawn-out speech suggested he was drunk. I swallowed dryly and subtly took my hand off Choi Taegyeom’s face. For just a moment, a hint of disappointment crossed his face.
“He seems very drunk, wouldn’t it be better to send him home first?”
Kim Dohyun looked at Choi Taegyeom with great concern. He was the epitome of a polite junior, but for some reason, Choi Taegyeom’s pheromones rippled strongly. I lowered my head to meet Choi Taegyeom’s gaze and cautiously asked.
“What do you want to do? Want to go first?”
The club members seemed preoccupied with their own drinking. Seeing that they weren’t reacting to the overflowing Alpha pheromones, I guess I was the only Omega in the club. I think Park Sungjae once said, ‘Our club only has Betas.’ Only Kim Dohyun was intently watching us.
“I’ll take you home, so…”
As I slowly opened my mouth, Choi Taegyeom lifted his eyelids. My face was clearly reflected in his slightly blurred eyes.
“…You’re going to take me home?”
“I can take you home and then go to my parents’ house to sleep.”
Anyway, I didn’t have classes tomorrow, and it wouldn’t take long to get home by taxi. It wasn’t a bad idea to go to my parents’ house and show my face instead of coming back.
“What do you want to do?”
“…”
Choi Taegyeom didn’t answer. He just continued to breathe intermittently with his face buried in my neck. He shouldn’t fall asleep like this. First, I thought it would be good to give him some water, so I reached out to Kim Dohyun and turned my gaze.
“Some water there…”
“Let’s go.”
Whoosh, pheromones wafted. At that moment, Choi Taegyeom seemed sober. His pronunciation was clear, and he definitely expressed his will. Of course, judging by his heated breathing and the strong pheromones, this was clearly part of his drunken antics.
“Take me home.”
He was talking to me, but his gaze was directed at Kim Dohyun. Perhaps he was too drunk to focus. Choi Taegyeom firmly gripped my thigh and whispered softly.
“I want to go home.”
“Oh… okay…”
My waist naturally tensed. I felt like my throat was parched from the tension. Choi Taegyeom’s warmth was close, and his Alpha pheromones were raw. My heart began to pound violently.
“First, drink some water…”
I managed to speak as if nothing was wrong, but Choi Taegyeom rubbed his face against my shoulder like he was being affectionate. I was so flustered by that fact that I grabbed Choi Taegyeom’s arm and stammered.
“That, I need to pack my things…”
“…Mmm.”
Did alcohol usually hit this suddenly? Choi Taegyeom didn’t seem to hear me. Judging by his increasingly rough breathing, the alcohol seemed to be taking full effect. The problem was that his pheromones had also thickened.
“Snap out of it, okay?”
Sirens blared in my head. If I stayed like this, my lower body would react just like it did at the sushi restaurant. Pheromones were one thing, but the breath touching my neck was important. To make matters worse, his completely drunken hand slowly crept up my inner thigh.
“…”
What did I do wrong to deserve this trial? Slow, snake-like touches and hot breaths were raw.
“Lee Yoonwoo…”
Ah, this is the limit.
“Here… just lean here for a moment.”
I roughly pushed Choi Taegyeom away and leaned him against the back of the chair. He widened his eyes and looked at me as his body was suddenly pushed. It was a good thing the pub lighting was dim. Otherwise, my face, which was as red as a bursting tomato, would have been immediately exposed.
“I’ll just go have a cigarette for a moment… so get ready to go home. Got it?”
Without waiting for an answer, I stood up. Choi Taegyeom flapped his lips in surprise, but I pretended not to see that either. I pulled my hat down low and walked towards the smoking room without looking back.
I felt the cigarettes I always carried in my outer jacket pocket. I hadn’t smoked even two cigarettes in the past week. I saved these for this day, I thought, and hastily pulled out the cigarette pack.
Fortunately, no one was in the distant smoking room. I saw glass walls and an ashtray in the center. There was a chair on one wall, but instead of sitting, I approached the ashtray. A sense of relief washed over me at the thought of finally being able to wash away the sticky pheromones.
“…Haa.”
As soon as I lit the cigarette, it felt like a knot had unraveled. The breath touching my neck, and the overwhelming pheromones. My mind, which had been intoxicated by him, slowly began to clear.
Would Choi Taegyeom know? That he had touched my thigh while drunk. No, even if he did know, he wouldn’t care since he didn’t know I was aroused by him.
Why on earth did that bastard drink such a thing and put me to the test? I resented Kim Dohyun for telling him to make it, and Park Sungjae for making it just because he was told to. No, was it my fault for even agreeing to play the drinking game in the first place?
With each inhale and exhale of cigarette smoke, the pheromones dissipated little by little. Choi Taegyeom’s dominant pheromones weren’t erased by a mere cigarette, but it helped me regain my composure.
But as my head cleared, the thought of having to support that languid guy all the way home felt daunting. From his condition, it seemed like I’d have to support him by embracing him, and I wasn’t sure if I could endure that.
Tap, tap.
As I blankly exhaled smoke, someone lightly knocked on the smoking room door. When I turned my head, I saw Kim Dohyun, looking perfectly fine. Kim Dohyun slightly nodded and opened the smoking room door to enter.
“…You smoke?”
It was an unexpected person. I had never seen him smoke before, and I felt a little disgruntled. The uninvited guest invading my private space was not welcome.
“Should I leave if it makes you uncomfortable?”
Kim Dohyun answered that way and pulled out a half-empty cigarette pack. It wasn’t a pheromone cigarette; it was just a common cigarette that kids smoked.
“No, well…”
