- Chapter 26.7 - Side story 1 : Hey there, pretty Count. What's your name?
“Hmm.”
Aeroc didn’t seem to dislike it; he just made a slightly tired expression and didn’t push him away. Kloff carefully lifted him back up. And facing each other, he sat him on top of himself. His exhausted lover held Kloff’s shoulders with both hands. Then, he rested his head on one of Kloff’s shoulders. As he leaned on him defenselessly, Kloff’s center grew even harder.
“Again?”
“Not yet.”
“I’m fine, but the puppy…”
He trailed off. Kloff grinned.
“If it’s my child, it can endure this much.”
“Huh?”
Aeroc, sensing something strange, lifted his head abruptly from where it had been resting. He frowned and stared at Kloff. Then he let out a gasp, “Ah.”
“Kloff?”
“Why?”
“Is it really Kloff?”
“Is there a fake one?”
“That’s not it… Ah… If you move suddenly…”
He silenced him with a kiss. And he moved his body.
It was incredibly difficult to abstain for five months. Usually, three months would be enough, but his primary physician advised him to wait five months because Aeroc’s uterus wasn’t mature, so he had to endure a period of patience. He constantly followed the doctor, who came for regular check-ups, asking when it would finally be stable. Of course, it was for the well-being of his lover and child. But Aeroc, the doctor, Hugo, Martha, and Kloff himself knew that wasn’t all there was to it.
A few days ago, he finally received permission from the primary physician. After several examinations, he said it was possible as long as they didn’t overdo it.
“Really?”
“Yes. However, the initiative should be taken by the Count, not Sir Bendyke. If you let Sir Bendyke have his way, the Count’s body won’t last.”
The embarrassing warning didn’t even register. Only the words “you can do it” echoed in his ears. But that wasn’t the only obstacle.
“The Count needs to rest.”
The butler, with his eyes sharply open, gave him no opening. Even at night, he strictly kept them apart. No, the doctor said it was okay, so why was the butler making a fuss? But even Martha sided with the butler, saying, “Still, he’s weak, let’s wait a few more days,” which drove Kloff absolutely crazy. Why were there so many people interfering with a grown adult’s bedroom matters! Kloff had to devise a plan. Just to spend a passionate night with his lover.
“Martha. Your cousin’s niece got married recently, didn’t she? You should go.”
“Me? But I barely know her.”
“Still, she’s family, how can you say that? I’ve prepared a generous special fund too. Why don’t you visit your hometown while you’re at it? You won’t be able to take a long vacation once the child is born, will you?”
“Oh ho ho. You’re right. Then I’ll gladly accept.”
That’s how he eliminated Martha. After seeing Martha off, Kloff winked at Aeroc. Aeroc met his gaze with a cold expression, then called in the busy Hugo.
“I’m curious if the baby crib for the nursery is being made properly this time. Could you go check it in the afternoon?”
“Didn’t Sir Bendyke and you two always prepare baby items yourselves?”
“We did, but I suddenly became curious about the baby crib. Kloff has an urgent meeting at the Imperial Palace, and I’m too tired from my check-up to go out.”
“Then I will go check.”
As expected, my Aeroc. He cleverly eliminated the old man. It would have been better to get rid of him for a few days, but even half a day was fine. He thought he could do it about three times.
Kloff left the mansion, pretending to go to the Imperial Palace. He watched the mansion from a short distance away, and as soon as the carriage carrying Hugo departed, he immediately returned. He ran wildly, thinking of Aeroc already half-undressed in the bedroom. He flew up the stairs. The marble hallway seemed unusually long that day, like an expedition route to another continent. His heart was anxious. He ignored the maid’s voice trying to stop him from behind.
“Sir Bendyke, that way!”
Stumble.
Thud!
Oh no. Hugo must have told the maid to clean the marble hallway with soap before he left. His memory cut off with the image of the mansion ceiling spinning.
“You’ve already done it three times, and you want to do it again?”
“Are you tired?”
“Not that, but…”
“How’s the puppy?”
“Seems fine.”
“Then endure.”
“But…”
“Should I stop?”
When he asked that, Aeroc, not seeming to dislike it, looked around cautiously, then slowly approached.
“I thought you’d never get your memory back.”
He hugged him tightly, who clung to him like a child.
“Were you worried?”
“Yes.”
His nodding was so cute that Kloff chuckled unconsciously and kissed him again. Aeroc, annoyed, hit his shoulder lightly.
“Then why did you fall like an idiot there?”
“It was Hugo’s trap. Why would he do an unscheduled soap cleaning right in front of the hallway leading to your room?”
He grumbled and laid him on his side.
“You really didn’t remember anything?”
“Yes.”
He smirked and caressed his lover’s body. As he rubbed his erect nipple with his finger, Aeroc let out a coy sniffle.
“Perhaps it would have been better if I never remembered.”
“Why?”
“Because he was a polite, sensible human being.”
“I apologize for being a rude beast.”
Then, without giving him a chance, he pressed close. He embraced his waist as if to break it and whispered, “I almost died because you were lacking.” As he bit and sucked on his neck, Aeroc glanced over his shoulder, blushed, and averted his gaze again. Aeroc always got shy when Kloff openly displayed his desire. Yet, once they started the act, he would usually lose himself and throw himself into it. He easily broke his faint resistance, which he sometimes put up to confirm his affection, with a single gesture, and they became one again.
“Because you forgot me.”
“You must have been very disappointed.”
As he patted him, as if understanding, Aeroc’s eyes immediately trembled, and he sniffled. What kind of strange fantasies must he have had over the past few days, with his severe attachment issues and habit of indulging in peculiar delusions? He felt that he must have trembled with intense anxiety.
If he ran to him at night, scared to sleep alone, he must have had many nightmares. Kloff intended to shower him with love until Aeroc fell asleep from exhaustion, so he wouldn’t feel anxious. No matter what he did, no matter what he committed. He had sworn to pour out his love to the best of his ability.
Hugo, who realized he had been caught off guard last night by the count’s message that he would sleep all afternoon due to his languid body, trembled. Kloff, enjoying his victory with a happy heart, prepared to go to his office. And just as he was about to step out the front door, he was bewildered by the sudden influx of workers and enormous items wrapped in packaging.
“What is this?”
His mouth dropped open at the goods that filled the entire grand hall. Hugo grinned and handed him an envelope. With trembling hands, Kloff snatched it and opened it immediately. And then,
“Aeroc Teiwind! You damned Count! To squander a year’s worth of the estate’s income in just one day! What have you done!”
The stairs were blocked by the items surrounding them, so he couldn’t even run to his damned lover’s room.
“Then why did you lose your memory?”
Kloff, dumbfounded, let out a silent scream at the butler’s rebuke.
PS.
The angel, who had committed the sin of losing his sense of money, was scolded tearfully by the enraged demon king. All the items were returned, but he managed to keep a few things he really wanted after being forced into various impure physical negotiations by the demon king.
“You scoundrel! It really would have been much better if your memory hadn’t come back!”
