Into the Rose Garden Novel - Chapter 22.3 The Bitter with the Sweet
He slowly nodded. Kloff chuckled. Was he mocking him, asking how well he lived after dying? It was both cute and heartbreaking. Kloff adjusted the already crying Omega onto his lap. He pulled his head to his neck and stroked his lower back with his other hand. And to soothe him, he unnecessarily blamed himself more.
“Happy? It was awful even when I tormented you, and after you died, it was the worst.”
“…Why?”
As Aeroc retorted as if he knew nothing, Kloff smiled. He really wanted to hear it, didn’t he? He didn’t want to reveal all his cards, but since he was the one who had sinned, he had no choice but to tell him repeatedly.
“Killing an imprinted Omega with my own hands and living alone is hell. I guarantee you, if it were reality and not a dream, I would have already committed suicide.”
Aeroc, who had been swallowing his sobs in Kloff’s arms, suddenly lifted his head, then looked at Kloff with a stiff expression, horrified as if struck by lightning. He seemed utterly unable to believe it, so Kloff licked the tears that flowed from his eyes, which were directly below him, and confirmed it once more.
“In the dream, I couldn’t die because of the children you bore. It’s not like that now, so if anything happens to you, I’ll die too. So please, live a long and healthy life. I want to live a long time.”
Kloff tried to smile and kiss his cheek, but Aeroc pulled his head away, avoiding it. Then, with a trembling voice, he pressed him.
“…Imprinting? You didn’t say anything about that.”
“In the dream, we hurt each other so terribly that by the time I realized it, it was too late. And now…”
To be honest, he had already confessed but deliberately hadn’t, fearing he would become a complete slave in an already disadvantageous situation. He had planned to confess after he was truly qualified, but he mumbled, “If you hadn’t thrown such a grand banquet, I would have confessed with the ring during dinner.” Of course, he had already bought the ring.
Come to think of it, he had skipped more than one or two things by dragging Aeroc straight to the bedroom in anger. Moreover, he had even mentioned cursing him in a dream. No matter how he thought about it, he felt a little out of his mind. He must have lost his reason in his excitement at finally having his Omega.
He had confessed honestly, but Aeroc didn’t believe him. He kept saying it was a lie. Perhaps it was natural for him, already trembling with anxiety. Kloff felt a premonition that if he couldn’t convince him now, it would always be like this in the future. Unlike Aeroc, who constantly left room for doubt, Kloff had no intention of doing so.
“If you can’t believe me. Just wait a moment.”
He tried to pull away from the bed to get proof, but Aeroc suddenly cried out desperately, “Don’t go!” and clung to him. Kloff looked at him in surprise, and Aeroc, with tear-filled eyes, desperately grabbed Kloff’s arm.
“I’ll believe you, just don’t go!”
“…The ring is in my clothes pocket…”
“I don’t need a ring. So don’t go.”
Kloff was honestly disappointed that the ring he had prepared was deemed unnecessary, but Aeroc seemed so desperate that he reluctantly hugged him back. Aeroc clung to him like a drowning man. Their naked chests pressed together. It felt wonderfully warm. Kloff pulled the sheet over their shoulders, fearing Aeroc’s smooth back exposed to the air might get cold. Meanwhile, Aeroc, clinging to Kloff’s thick, sturdy body like a cedar tree, slowly regulated his breathing. His damp breath tickled Kloff’s collarbone.
“Since when?”
Even though he spoke abruptly, Kloff understood what he meant. He pulled Aeroc’s waist closer and answered honestly. He wanted to kiss him, but it seemed difficult with Aeroc’s head bowed.
“I don’t know exactly.”
“How did you know?”
He wiped the wet corner of Aeroc’s eye with his thumb, who raised his head and asked, then put it into his mouth. Aeroc frowned at Kloff’s sudden action.
“How does it taste?”
“Are you teasing me?”
“Is it sweet?”
Aeroc, who had been about to shed tears, now glared at Kloff with watery eyes, as if angry. Yet, his clinging hands only tightened, not letting go. Kloff smiled and bent down to lick his tears. Aeroc hunched his shoulders and pushed away the Alpha who was only doing strange things, then glared at him with disbelief and argued again.
“How can tears be sweet?”
“To me, they’re sweet. Insanely. That’s how I knew.”
Aeroc repeatedly asked, as if still unable to believe it. He even tasted his own tears and asked again if it was like that in the dream too. Kloff was a little annoyed that he kept pressing him, even though he didn’t want to think about it or reveal it, but as the one who had sinned, he had nothing to say. Each time he asked, Kloff dutifully said yes, and eventually, Aeroc cursed in a very angry voice.
“Bad bastard.”
It didn’t seem like he had done anything that wrong, but Aeroc was so flushed with excitement that he gnashed his teeth. Kloff wondered what this was about and remained silent, then a barrage of insults flew at him.
“Vicious devil. Cursed bastard. It’s only natural you lived in hell your whole life! Because of you, I… I…”
As the enraged Aeroc poured out criticisms that were truly severe by noble standards, he seemed about to lose his breath, so Kloff changed the subject.
“You were a bad guy too. You killed Raphielle, and you deliberately died horribly, turning it into a living hell.”
Aeroc shook his head vehemently at the excuse.
“I never did that on purpose. It’s all because you only chose cruel words…”
Kloff, dumbfounded at being treated like the worst scoundrel for hiding the imprinting, rested his elbow on his knee and propped his chin on his hand, staring at Aeroc. Both the enraged Aeroc and Kloff, who had been flustered by his tears, now had dry eyes. Even after confessing the imprinting, instead of being happy, Aeroc only raged about not telling him, so Kloff, feeling spiteful, blurted out.
“You speak as if you know my dream.”
Then Aeroc literally jumped as if his backside had been pricked by a thorn. He then glanced at the person looking down at him with a somewhat blunt expression, then forced an awkward smile.
“Perhaps that’s what it was.”
“It wasn’t intentional, but you had the intention, then? Why?”
Pretending not to know what he knew wasn’t Aeroc’s exclusive patent. Kloff curled his lips, knowing full well he would look annoying. Aeroc turned his head and pretended not to know. Seeing his red lips tremble, contrasting with his pale complexion, he was clearly agitated. Kloff deliberately asked more coldly.
“Speaking of the dream. Why did an Alpha have hostility towards someone else’s wife, huh?”
“Didn’t the dream tell you that?”
“Well, I don’t remember.”
In truth, he vividly remembered a party where, with trembling hands hidden behind his back, he outwardly wore a fake faint smile and openly suggested sex, looking incredibly cute, but he pretended not to know. If he said he even had such a dream, he would be called a pervert in addition to a devil.
Kloff probed persistently, but Aeroc kept his mouth shut and didn’t say anything until the end. Seeing him refuse to reveal even a common word, despite Kloff having confessed about the imprinting, made him even more annoyed. He deliberately pushed Aeroc, who was sitting demurely on his folded legs, onto the bed. He massaged his resilient buttocks and licked his nipples, which were still plump and swollen from being sucked so much.
Aeroc gasped. Kloff grabbed his wrist to prevent him from covering his chest with his hands and sucked deeply at the tender flesh inside, making his face turn red. “I told you earlier. I can’t do any more,” a tense voice escaped.
“Your heat cycle isn’t over yet.”
After saying that, Kloff parted his thighs, which were trying to close, and lowered his waist. As his already hardened organ touched the valley between his buttocks, Aeroc let out a strange sound and tried to pull his body upward. Kloff pressed down on him with his whole body to prevent him, and felt the unevenness against his naked lower abdomen. He tilted his head slightly and saw a dark pink, lewd thing, like a May flower bud, protruding. He grinned and held it with his hand, rubbing the tip with his thumb.
“Ah! Ohh… Don’t touch me! Hmph!”
“Answer me, and I’ll let go.”
“What, you beast!”
“You haven’t come to your senses yet.”
Instead of inserting, Kloff only poked the entrance, while simultaneously gripping and rubbing the moist, wet area with his hand, even digging his fingernail into the small gap. As he gently licked Aeroc’s erect nipples, Aeroc pushed away Kloff’s head with his hands, which were teasing his chest, and only pushed the innocent sheets with his legs.
The entrance, from which a slick liquid slowly leaked through the parted gap, became wet lips, constantly embracing the blunt tip that kept bumping against it. Then, when it pulled away, the half-parted red flesh mumbled regretfully, making pretty baby-kiss sounds. Kloff became earnest from the incredibly lewd and erotic temptation. But Aeroc kept resisting and being stubborn.
“You said you’d wait until I was ready, but you’re going to force me? You’re a complete liar, a boastful beast.”
“It’s no use insulting me. If you can’t satisfy me with words, then offer your body.”
Kloff threatened, digging into the entrance a little harder. Aeroc, looking disgusted, twisted his body, looking down at his lower half, which was pressed against Kloff and barely visible, as if it was truly difficult.
“I don’t know what to say!”
With a tearful expression, Aeroc grabbed Kloff’s large hand, which was holding his organ, with both hands, preventing it from moving. Kloff, licking the tip of his nipple, which was glistening with saliva, lightly chided him.
“Are you an idiot? Didn’t you learn literature or rhetoric?”
“For a dry man like you, who only cares about money, to talk about humanities…”
“I always got an A in literature class. The professor seriously encouraged me to pursue literature.”
“Tell me that professor’s name. They sound like an unqualified swindler.”
He raised his head, and the haughty noble’s cold gaze, treating him as an uncultured barbarian, flew at him. If that’s how it was, then Kloff had no choice but to become a true barbarian.
He tormented Aeroc’s exhausted body quite a bit, or rather, severely, until he explained properly. He kept licking his swollen nipples, gently massaging his organ, which had ejaculated several times, and gnawing at his ears. He also sucked at the tender flesh under his chin, creating marks that even a collar couldn’t hide.
Kloff made teeth marks on Aeroc’s shoulder blades, who had turned over to push him away, and slowly rubbed his lower body against the backs of his thighs and buttocks. He grabbed one ankle and lifted one leg, revealing the pale-colored entrance. Aeroc, lying prone, resisted by shaking his grabbed ankle, but when Kloff brought his tongue to the entrance, which was mumbling and expelling clear fluid, he gasped sharply and stiffened his back.
“Stop! I’ll tell you, just stop!”
A declaration of surrender immediately flew out. It was a shame he couldn’t properly taste the intoxicating sweetness, but he had another objective, so he held back. He wasn’t going anywhere.
“Well, speak.”
Kloff, with a sly smile that others called threatening, supported his upper body with both arms and looked down at the stubborn Omega lying beneath him. Aeroc glanced at him sideways, biting his lip slightly.
“I don’t know what it is.”
“You haven’t suffered enough yet.”
As Kloff groped for the ankle he had released, Aeroc urgently stopped him.
“Really! I don’t know. What it is.”
His extremely flustered expression didn’t seem to be a lie. But it was truly absurd. He wondered what kind of person this was. Were all those books filling the study just for decoration?
He had thought Aeroc was brilliant and had considerable humanities knowledge. Moreover, seeing him assign Kloff homework and meticulously check it, he seemed to be well-versed in philosophy. Although it was just a dream, not something he had experienced directly, it was ridiculous that he had been so agitated and argued about it just a moment ago, but now couldn’t explain it properly. Even if he didn’t look at it, he wondered if his reason was paralyzed by the heat cycle.
Of course, Kloff himself wasn’t completely sane, having woken up in tears, so he was a little annoyed, but he didn’t press the issue further. There was nothing more boring than seriously arguing in the bedroom about such matters. Instead, he calmly suggested.
“If you don’t know, explain it. I’ll tell you.”
Aeroc pondered for a moment, then indeed began to explain. His face flushed slightly, but without any playfulness or taunting, he looked up at Kloff with a truly serious expression and continued in a slightly trembling voice.
“So, when I first saw you by chance in the garden, everything else in the world blurred, and the bird songs and wind sounds I always heard disappeared, only your voice echoed in my head. Even among countless people, only you stood out, and even if I spilled perfume, your bitter body scent felt stronger. Even with my eyes closed, I only saw you, and if I had only you, it didn’t matter if I was penniless, and whatever you did to me, I forgave it all. No matter how much it hurt or how difficult it was, I couldn’t give up on life because of you, and when you were struggling and in pain, I felt like I was dying. It felt like the only reason I was born was for you…”
