Eighteen’s Bed Novel Completed - Chapter 60
My neck, where Go Yohan’s anger had touched, grew hotter. My gripped neck felt burning hot. I couldn’t speak and just gaped. Like a goldfish. But Go Yohan, hearing my silence, raised his head. Hoo-. A long sigh was heard. Go Yohan took his hand off my neck. And with his eyes half-closed, he looked down at me from above.
“Who told you to do something like this? Did you think I’d be grateful? You?”
It felt like I was being beaten. At that, my pride suddenly reared its head. That endlessly high pride. Why me? I unsealed my tightly pressed lips.
“It wasn’t fun.”
“…”
Go Yohan lowered his head and looked at me. I looked around a little. Because Go Yohan was stronger than me. They say fists come before the law. Go Yohan’s anger, possessing power greater than mine, made me a little scared. His appearance, trapping me between his long legs and looking down, felt intimidating. That’s why I made an excuse. I wanted to get through this situation without being hated by Go Yohan as much as possible.
“I just, for you, because you looked pitiful.”
“What?”
Deep wrinkles formed between Go Yohan’s brows. I quickly shut my mouth. I said the wrong thing. I tried to find another excuse. A more plausible excuse to get through this situation…
“I didn’t know you’d be so upset… Ugh!”
If I could speak, that is. Go Yohan flipped my body over in one swift motion. Even if I tried to escape, I couldn’t get up, pressed down by Go Yohan’s lower body.
“Hey! What are you doing?!”
“Ah, right. I should have said that in front of my parents.”
“Get off. Hey. Get off right now.”
“You did what you wanted, so why can’t I do what I want for once?”
“Hey… What did you say?”
“I have to get compensation for the damage, don’t I?”
What does that mean?
I felt a strange chill. It was a peculiar sensation, felt just before something was about to happen. I tried to turn my vision, which only saw the blanket, over. But the moment I tried to move my head, Go Yohan pressed my head down, so my features were helplessly buried in the blanket.
“Cough. Choke.”
“You’re really, damn it, damn it… damn it!”
I couldn’t breathe properly. Suffocating, I wildly flailed my hands, but there was nothing to grab. Only the soft blanket slipped through my hands. I stopped my breath, which was stabbing my insides, and decided to persuade Go Yohan first.
“Go, Go Yo…!”
“…Damn it.”
Gasp. Until Go Yohan buried his mouth on my neck and sucked.
“Hey, w-wait, uh, wait.”
Bewilderment settled. The tingling sensation echoing in my neck traveled up my veins and electrified my head. The strong hands that had been pressing my head and shoulders grabbed my arms and waist. I was momentarily dazed, unable to comprehend what was happening, until I finally realized what had occurred and let out a small scream.
“Hey, let go. Let go. This… Ahh!”
Sharp fangs bit into my shoulder. Go Yohan’s hand, like a hook, pulled down my clothes. At the same time, his other hand invaded my shirt. A ticklish sensation began to grope my bare skin. At that moment, I closed my screaming mouth. I pushed Go Yohan away like crazy. Go Yohan had definitely gone mad.
Why? Why? I tried with all my might to escape from under Go Yohan.
But it was futile to push away Go Yohan, who was a head taller than me—no, the tallest and strongest in the entire school. I pushed his legs with my palms, but it was no use.
“Go Yo… Ah, ahh! It hurts! Haaah!”
This time, I grabbed Go Yohan’s collar and pulled. It was a struggle to escape by any means. Tuk, tuduk. The sound of Go Yohan’s buttons tearing off was heard.
This choice was completely wrong. Only Go Yohan’s clothes were torn, but I couldn’t shake off the pain deeply digging into my shoulder. The hand that had been groping my bare skin violently pulled my clothes. My white shirt was heavily wrinkled. I desperately twisted my body to avoid Go Yohan’s hand. But Go Yohan pressed down on my body as I tried to evade him. I started to suffocate again.
“Gasp. Choke.”
After pulling his teeth away roughly, he gnashed his teeth on various parts of my neck and shoulder through the stretched-out shirt. I tried to twist and escape through the gap that formed when I moved, but I was stopped by Go Yohan’s hand. He grabbed me roughly.
Now, a heavy weight pressed down on my entire body. My fingertips trembled from the pressure. There was no gap left between Go Yohan and me. And something hard touched my lower back.
‘Isn’t Go Yohan the biggest in our class? No, in the whole school? What? Damn it, not his height, I mean that. That! Go Yohan’s wife must live at the obstetrician’s office. If you do it with him once, you’ll definitely need a wheelchair. Damn it. It’d feel like giving birth twice.’
“Yo, Yohan.”
Kim Minho’s cheap joke, uttered sometime ago, came to mind. I turned my head with fearful eyes and looked at Go Yohan. Our eyes didn’t meet. Now my whole body was trembling.
Why, why was this what I felt behind my back?
“Don’t, don’t…”
Go Yohan still didn’t listen to me. My mind went blank. My gaze alternated between the top of Go Yohan’s head and the bed. My instincts activated a red siren. I used all my strength to grab anything I could see—the blanket, the pillow, anything. Go Yohan’s lips traveled up my neck, tickling the back of my head. And every time I grabbed something, he removed it with just one hand. Everything was useless.
Only then did my eyes well up.
“You bastard, don’t, don’t do it! Don’t, don’t!”
When his lips, which had been tickling my chin, brushed my cheek, I covered Go Yohan’s face with both hands. And with all my might, I pushed hard. With the sound of bones twisting, Go Yohan’s neck snapped. Thanks to that, a brief gap opened. Still, my body wasn’t completely useless.
Damn it. I’m alive. That was the first thought that came to my mind.
Seeing the opening, I sprang up, afraid of being caught. But my fear-soaked body lost its balance. Uh-oh. My vision plummeted as my feet tangled. I’m falling. I’m going to fall. I squeezed my eyes shut, bracing for the impending impact. But what I felt with the crash was Go Yohan’s hard body.
“…Ugh!”
The moment I fell, Go Yohan flipped his body over. I only realized that after I hit him. As soon as I heard a shallow groan, I sprang up like lightning. And in an awkward posture, I checked on Go Yohan, who was underneath me. Go Yohan was curled up, holding his back where he had been hit, in pain.
“Hey. Go Yohan.”
Foolishly, I momentarily forgot what was being done to me and worried about his large body.
And then, my eyes met Go Yohan’s, who was looking at me. I saw his face, red and soaked with tears. When did Go Yohan cry?
“…Do you even know what you’ve done?”
Go Yohan glared at me.
It was the first time I had seen Go Yohan’s tears. When I finally saw his tears, I couldn’t even bring myself to utter his name. Just calling his name felt like it would shake that splendid and sorrowful melancholy. It was because I couldn’t handle the pouring waterfall of emotions.
If even a single drop of water entered that heavy, heavy deluge, I felt like I would drown and die in it. Only then did I feel intense guilt. Even if I couldn’t understand the humiliation Go Yohan felt towards me, I could understand his resentment.
“Do you even know what you’ve done?!”
The waterfall of emotions pressed down on me.
Go Yohan got up and reached out his hand. His long fingers touched my arm. It was just a small brush, but the sensation sharply pricked my hamstrings.
However, the matter caused by my guilt and the current matter are separate. Realizing what was being done to me, I hid my flushed face and quickly got up. I tried to turn my body and leave somehow. I tried to just leave and avoid this situation.
“Alright, alright, just please…”
A situation I had never faced before made me anxious. I needed time to process everything that was happening to me right now.
“L-let go.”
I regretted it after speaking. It was probably due to guilt and the lingering shred of affection I had for this resentful Go Yohan. My last line of defense and shield, which hated being hated, often showed its presence in useless places.
“No, you don’t know.”
“…Ah!”
Go Yohan violently pulled my arm, which had been checking his body. Thanks to that, I had to fall to the floor. My short attempt at escape failed. I didn’t even feel the pain from where I landed on my backside.
I raised my head, unable to take my eyes off Go Yohan. Go Yohan, his face full of tears, glared at me as if mocking me with a face distorted by crying. I felt a strong grip on my arm. I felt like I would burn to death in his cold eyes. I wanted to escape. I struggled to shake off Go Yohan.
“You know nothing about me.”
“Ahh!”
A scream of pain escaped me. It hurt. It hurt so much. Tears welled up from the terrible pain. A groan involuntarily escaped through my tightly clenched teeth, but Go Yohan, kneeling on the floor, just violently pulled my arm. Go Yohan looked directly into my eyes and spoke clearly.
“Don’t even think about running away. If you go, you’re finished.”
He said it while biting his lip until it bled.
Finished? In the midst of that, I hated myself for understanding what “finished” meant. I knew all too well what Go Yohan was threatening me with. Go Yohan was making a deal, staking his power. From Go Yohan’s expression and tone, it seemed like a reckless threat, but in fact, the threat was working. And I hated that too. Kang Joon, you crazy bastard. I swallowed. Go Yohan screamed through his swollen lips, as if they would burst.
“You’ll regret it.”
“…What are you going to do?”
Even then, I bluffed. My forcibly raised lips trembled.
“What?”
Go Yohan looked at me with a momentarily blank face. As if he hadn’t expected to hear such words. Then he said, “Ah,” and began to laugh strangely. It was a somewhat twisted laugh. Seeing that laugh, I thought something was wrong. I had an uneasy premonition.
“Damn it, why are you laughing?”
“No, because I can see right through you.”
Go Yohan shrugged his shoulders. With a gloomy laugh, as if something was funny,
“You’re scared of me, aren’t you?”
He said that. Crazy.
“No, I’m not, you…!”
“Not scared? You’re always using your brain to establish dominance.”
“Don’t talk nonsense. Shut up.”
“Nonsense? That’s harsh. Isn’t it true?”
“Agh…!”
Go Yohan pulled my arm harder. He was so strong, it felt like my arm would break. My whole body swayed with just a small tug. Go Yohan, his face full of un-dried tears, mocked me.
“You’re scared, aren’t you? That I’ll make you a cripple at school. Because I can. Right?”
“No, no… Ugh! Agh!”
“Think carefully with that smart head of yours. You’re below me in the hierarchy, aren’t you?”
Clear droplets welled up again from his snake-like eyes. Why was he crying while saying such things? And the long laugh still remained on his gloomy face, un-erased. That contradictory expression sent shivers down my spine. At the same time, the blatant criticism made me feel like crap. My face burned hot. Damn it.
“Don’t talk nonsense just because you have a mouth. You crazy bastard…! Agh!”
“Be quiet.”
Shhh. Go Yohan’s voice, trembling from his heated vocal cords, soothed me. His slender fingers touched my lips. Go Yohan, crying, covered his lips with one finger and said,
“You’re too loud right now.”
I startled as if burned, eyes wide, and looked at the door. Damn it. Damn it! I had forgotten. I quickly lowered my screaming voice. No way it was heard outside. All my nerves were focused on the door. I shouldn’t have done that.
“You coward.”
